Present day paints and enamels contain synthetic driers which speed the drying time of paint, causing skin formation in partially filled cans during storage. PAINT~SAV prevents this skin formation which is due to oxidation of the drying oils. This skin, when removed, not only robs the paint user of valuable time when skimming or straining is required.
